Last evening, The Candy Factory hosted its inaugural Beer Essentials class. Attendees were given an opportunity to learn more about specific styles of beer — Ales, Lagers, IPAs — while sampling from local, national and global brewers. Guests delved into brewing techniques, bottling, taste, smell and more! During the course, attendees will follow the book, The Complete Beer Course by Joshua M. Bernstein
