Anne Kirby, founder of The Candy Factory, is a recognized leader in the coworking industry. Starting with her design and marketing company in 1999, Anne's journey led her to establish The Creative House of Lancaster in 2006 and The Candy Factory in 2010 after recognizing the need for collaborative spaces to combat the isolation of working from home. Under her leadership, The Candy Factory has grown into a 36,000-square-foot hub in the historic Lancaster Storage building, encompassing The Studios and Jelly Bellies, a unique childcare/coworking facility.
Anne's passion extends beyond The Candy Factory. She founded the PA Coworking Alliance, leads the Kick-Ass Female Entrepreneurs group, and speaks nationally on coworking and community building. Recognized as a Central Penn Woman of Influence and recipient of the 2018 SCORE Small Business Award, Anne's focus is on connecting and empowering the coworking community.
At The Candy Factory, Anne and her team are dedicated to creating a vibrant, supportive environment where over 300 professionals connect, collaborate, and thrive.

The Candy Factory (TCF) is a vibrant coworking community and social club with two thriving Lancaster locations — our flagship campus at 342 North Queen Street and our new office-focused hub at 812 North Prince Street.
TCF has a dynamic ecosystem of over 340 members, a mix of remote workers, startups, freelancers, non-profits, and small business owners, connected by a shared passion for collaboration and community.
At TCF, you’ll find more than just a workspace. Members enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, inspiring shared work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, our Sweet Health Fitness Studio, and access to all club amenities and events.
