I am the Assistant Sous Chef of the Forbes rated 5-star Restaurant, TÈ at The Inn at Leola Village in Leola, PA. I graduated in August 2015 with a degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. I do occasional private catering on a referral basis. I have just recently developed my newest project, “Table Thyme Media” which is a blog and social media platform dedicated to fresh and local eating, recipes, cultivators, artisans, and lovers of food and beverage. My goal is to promote and market all things food related in the Lancaster community.
