Elizabeth’s background is in mathematics and economics, and she lucked into the industry during her first job out of college. After a few years there, she went to grad school to obtain her masters in public health in biostatistics and epidemiology. Elizabeth was searching for something where she could apply math to the real world and the work QuintilesIMS does helps patients access new medical technologies and therapies.
“When I started my current job,” she says, “I was living and working in the DC area. I moved to Lititz in September 2014 and was working remotely for a few years.” She was excited to find a community of people looking for a more social work experience. Getting out of her house and being more social in the community has been her favorite part of coworking.
In her spare time, Elizabeth plays on an adult field hockey team, runs races of varying distances, goes to BodyPump classes, reads murder mysteries, and cross stitches. Say hi to Elizabeth when you see her around!
