Meet Adam Kushner! Adam is a member at ROCK CANDY.
His business, called Business Actualization,started as a consulting company focused on auto repair, sales, and collision businesses. Over the years, this evolved towards focusing on sales and marketing and they expanded into other service business models and e-commerce. Business Actualization offers services and products which cover everything from customer acquisition, follow-up, and retention.
Adam’s background is in the automotive aftermarket. “My family owns Swedish Motors,” Adam explains, “a European and Import car repair and sales business in Marietta, PA. Growing up in the family business, I’ve worn every hat. I’ve also participated in consulting groups and went on to manage a used car sales department in Santa Cruz, CA. In 2010 I left my family’s business to do consulting full time.”
Through Business Actualization’s new home base at Rock Candy, they are looking to establishing stronger ties with their local business community. They’re also excited to be part of the Rock Lititz Community, and are moving the location of their Mastermind Group meeting to Rock Lititz.
And what does Adam do in his spare time? “Well,” he begins, “I really enjoy cooking. I had a previous path in the Culinary Arts. I attended the Culinary Institute of America and left to work at the Top Of The Tower, a then 5-star restaurant in Boca Raton, FL. I’m also an avid cyclists so I’m stoked about having Bike Works in the [Rock Lititz POD 2] building. When I’m not working you will find me outside, with my 7-year-old daughter Ruby, on a bicycle, stand-up paddleboard, surfboard, snowboard, or on a hike.”
