Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative, who, long ago, learned while at a corporate leadership school that I was more out of the box than anyone they’d seen. After having fun leading the performance improvement and strategic planning for that 3000 person technical business, decided to try it on my own. Founded eNthusaProve, LLC in 2006 – it’s like free fall, exhilarating and scary. Author of two books…both about joy in work being a key enabler to thriving as an organization. Moved to Lancaster in 2013 for family reasons and because, quite frankly, we love it. This is where Diana, my bride of 40 years, and I want to pour our passions, giggle with grandchildren, nurture our little farm, and celebrate the present.
