1. Community is everywhere:

Working in a coworking space has shown me that community can exist anywhere, even in a professional setting. At TCF, we are a collection of individuals from different walks of life, and that’s what makes the culture we’ve cultivated special. It’s a place where everyone is welcome, and connections are easily made.

2. Believe in yourself the way others believe in you:

It’s easy to doubt your abilities, especially when starting a new job or task. But it’s essential to believe in yourself, just as others believe in you. When you have faith in yourself, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.

3. Everyone has a story:

I’ve discovered that everyone has a unique story to tell.  At TCF, we value sharing our experiences and learning from one another. By asking about someone’s story, you can create meaningful connections and learn from different perspectives.

4. Vulnerability is necessary:

Being vulnerable is a daily practice that takes courage. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we open ourselves up to meaningful connections and growth.

5. Honor your inner child by having fun:

Incorporating fun into your schedule is crucial, even in a professional setting. It’s essential to honor your inner child and make time for the things that bring you joy. At TCF, we prioritize having fun and creating a positive work-life balance.

6. The first step to being great at something is to be bold enough to be bad at it:

Finally, it’s essential to embrace failure. It’s the first step to being great at something. When we’re brave enough to be bad at something, we allow ourselves to learn and grow. At TCF, we encourage each other to take risks and learn from our mistake

Working at TCF has been a transformative experience. As a Community Facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of welcoming new members and building connections with people from all walks of life. If you’re looking for a community that values growth, connection, and fun, I encourage you to schedule a tour of TCF. I promise it will be your best decision yet.
