Jen is an entrepreneur and consultant and leads Align, a consulting group that provides product development and strategy services. She launched her business in 2016 with the goal of helping business owners be more successful as a way to positively impact communities and social change. Jen’s a veteran of the entrepreneurial hustle, as one of eight members of the founding team at Harrisburg University – a higher ed startup that bootstrapped its way to success and today has over 5000 students and a national title in e-sports.
Over 11 years, she had several roles, but her main focus was to uncover needs within the business community and convert that into revenue from new programs and services. She’s experienced in customer research, strategic planning, program development, innovation, design thinking, training, and education. Jen also worked in state government as Director of the Governor’s Office of Innovation, where she worked with agency heads to coordinate reform and innovation initiatives. She’s a Millersville University grad and has an MBA from Penn State.
