A Pennsylvania native, Gallagher launched coLAB in 2014 to use data-driven decision making to empower local non-profits to increase their positive, tangible outcomes in her community. Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to social impact, Gallagher’s earlier career focused on health and wellness initiatives, advocacy, and empowerment of underserved populations. coLAB is a natural and timely evolution of these passions locally, at a critical juncture in today’s sociopolitical climate. “My intent for coLAB was to inspire greater innovation in Central PA’s nonprofit sector, to encourage sector leaders to take a stronger entrepreneurial approach to their work,” Gallagher says, “which ultimately improves the entire community.” Working in both Washington, D.C., and Colorado, Gallagher’s experience at the national level offers mission-driven organizations in Central PA a wealth of innovative and collaborative experience and insight.
