Member Event- Tai Chi with Jose Johnson

Join us on the 6th floor for this month’s wellness workshop with Jose Johnson. Life is fast-paced, but sometimes you just need to slow down. And if you need to slow your roll, there is no better solution than Tai Chi. Tai Chi has a number of proven physical and mental benefits, and this Tai Chi class is designed for busy individuals who want to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation into their daily routines. The class will give you an introduction to Tai Chi’s basic ideas and teach you simple moves that are easy to fit into a busy schedule and that will improve your overall well-being and reduce stress levels.Jose Johnson, a true Tai Chi master with over 30 years of experience, will be the instructor for this class. In 1993, José was a member of the USA taiji team competing at the first world invitational in Fuzhou, China. In 1995, he was the USA All-Taijiquan forms grand champion and the USA Wushu Kung Fu Federation internal forms grand champion.
