What brings you joy?
I know this sounds corny, but what brings me the most joy in my professional life is making other people successful. If I’ve developed and implemented my strategy in new and exciting ways, I am particularly enthusiastic. Since creativity is rarely achieved in a vacuum because we all draw inspiration from somewhere, I get the most joy from collaboration. I love learning from others and I love the process of creating a successful campaign with coworkers — teamwork is essential! When you bring together a group of people who work in tandem, success is particularly rewarding for me. My children and husband, cooking big family dinners, learning something new and working out also brings me joy!
