A New Chapter of Coworking + Community in Lancaster

For over 15 years, The Candy Factory (TCF) has been more than just a coworking space, it’s been a launchpad for ideas, a support system for small businesses, and a thriving community where people come together to work, grow, and belong.

Founded in a former candy factory in the heart of Lancaster, we’ve grown into a vibrant hub of over 300 members strong. And now, we’re expanding once again with our newest location: TCF Hub 812, located at 812 N. Prince Street.

We’re currently touring private offices, and members will begin moving in over the next few weeks. A grand opening celebration is planned for May, and we can’t wait to welcome you.

Membership includes access to both 812 and our main campus at 342 North Queen Street, plus perks like our Sweet Health Fitness Studio, community events, and our online community.
