The Candy Factory (TCF) is a vibrant coworking community and social club with two thriving Lancaster locations — our flagship campus at 342 North Queen Street and our new office-focused hub at 812 North Prince Street.

TCF has a dynamic ecosystem of over 340 members, a mix of remote workers, startups, freelancers, non-profits, and small business owners, connected by a shared passion for collaboration and community.

Our dynamic campus includes over 7,000 square feet of communal flex space, 14 private offices, 7 conference rooms, and a 3,500-square-foot media studio, ensuring a match for every working style.

Catering to diverse needs, TCF features child care, four kitchens, cafe style main hub with unlimited coffee and tea, bike-friendly amenities, a shower, and a plant-filled environment for a vibrant workday. The Sixth Floor

 

The Sixth Floor is the Candy Factory's clubhouse, venue, and event space located on the sixth floor of our tower in the heart of Lancaster, PA. We host many of our Member Social Club events in our clubhouse, and our members can bring up to three friends!

If you are not a member, no worries; you can still book our Sixth Floor. It's the perfect location for your intimate event. From retreats to private parties, this space is comfortable and flexible with a chill vibe. Book a tour today.
