Thank you for your interest and welcome to The Candy Factory, Warehouse D, a unique meeting space located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster. Our four floors of venue and meeting space are perfect for your next meeting, corporate event, employee retreat, training, or mixer. All meeting rentals during business hours include unlimited coffee and business grade wifi.

Breakdown 

1ST FLOOR

MAIN HALL – $125/hr
Available Times: M-Th Evenings 6PM – 9PM
2200 square feet, room for 40 people, chairs, projector, small kitchen.
No longer available for weekend rentals. Please see our Sixth Floor Venue below for weekend bookings. 


FISHBOWL – $20/hr
Available Times: M-F 8AM – 5PM

CONFERENCE ROOM 1 –  $20/hr

The Boardroom

3RD FLOOR
Our 3rd floor includes three conference rooms, workshop space for up to 20 people, a small kitchen, firepit space for up to 15 people, and two phone booths.

CONFERENCE ROOM 3 – $20/hr
Available Times: M-F 8AM – 5PM
4-6 People / TV / White Board

CONFERENCE ROOM 4  –  $20/hr
Available Times: M-F 8AM – 5PM
4 People / TV / White Board – Podcast rental equipment available at an additional cost.

Boardroom- $45/hr
Available Times: M-F 8AM – 5PM
12 People / TV / Mac Mini, Chromecast, HDMI, Dry Erase Board

Open Workshop Space for 20 people – $60/hr
Available Times: M-F Evenings 6PM – 9PM
Tables, Chairs, Large screen tv if needed.

 

THE SIXTH FLOOR – Private Venue for up to 70 people.
2000 square feet of premium open warehouse space. This beautiful space boasts amazing views of downtown Lancaster from all directions and is ideal for your company retreat or mixer.

With seating for 70 the sixth-floor rental includes:

  1. Chairs for 70
  2. A small kitchen / Refrigerator
  3. Stage
  4. Audio package available upon request

 

Weekdays Monday-Thursday
Available Times: 8AM – 6PM
$1000/day rate
$500 / half day

Weeknights M-Thursday
Available Times: 6PM – 10PM
$150/hr

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Events *
Available Times: 8AM – 10PM
$200.00 Per Hour
4 hour Minimum rental on weekends

Friday Day rentals can receive the discounted Weekday rate if part of a multi-day package.

Candy Factory Members receive a 50% discount on 6th-floor rentals after three months of membership.

Please note |  Several Guest Parking spots are available in our lot, but spaces are 1st come 1st serve. There are many other parking options close to our facility.  See our map for parking details.
