Key Holders – 24/7
Happy Hour every Friday at 4 PM in the main hall. We have non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks, all are welcome. Bring a friend.
PARKING
Parking for members is $5/DAY or you can get a 10 Pass bundle for $45 here. There is free parking on Lemon and Prince and the map above details other parking options.
While we charge for parking during the day, you do get to park for free in our lot after 4 PM and on weekends. Indoor bike parking provided.

Please keep in mind: Our philosophy is simple: Come together, do good work, care about our community, think local, and grow as professionals. The open space concept we provide offers up many advantages, from networking and collaboration opportunities to easy access to shared resources. Our mission is to foster community and help spur the growth of small businesses in and around Lancaster City by offering the resources and support needed to encourage that growth.
Our goal is to provide our members with the same freedom and flexibility they are accustomed to in their home office environment. For that reason, our space is primarily self-governing. We ask only that you consider the interests of those around you and that you abide by the following:
Privacy | Although we strongly encourage collaboration among members, we ask that members respect each others’ needs for quiet enjoyment. Violations of privacy, personal space, virtual space, and intellectual property are strictly prohibited.
Cell Phones | In the interests of maintaining a peaceful environment we request that all members, guests, and clients turn their phones to vibrate while in the space. We know being on the phone is part of business but please consider the people around you and maintain a low voice level if possible. Consider the following if you need to make a more private phone call. Phonebooth or call areas, common space or a meeting room
Your Security Codes/Keys | Keys should never be lent out at any time to anyone for any reason. Sharing security codes/keys will result in termination of membership. If your key is misplaced or stolen, you must notify the staff immediately.
Guests | The Candy Factory Coworking is accessible to Full-Time Members twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Guests are the responsibility of the member whom they are accompanying. Non-members are not permitted in the space after hours unless accompanied by a member. Guests attending The Candy Factory must sign in on every occasion.
Events | If you would like to host an event in the main hall or 6th floor please reach out to Anne at anne@thesweetcore.com

Anne Kirby founded The Candy Factory (TCF) in 2010 with a simple belief: work is better (and life is saner) when you’re not doing it alone. After building her design and marketing company in 1999 and launching The Creative House of Lancaster in 2006, she saw firsthand how isolating working from home can be—and how powerful shared space and real community can be.
Today, TCF is a thriving coworking campus built for small business owners, remote workers, teams, nonprofits, and anyone who wants a place to do great work alongside great people.
We now have two locations in Lancaster:

342 North Queen Street (inside the historic Lancaster Storage building), home to coworking + studios, Sweet Health Fitness, and Jelly Bellies, our uniquely supportive childcare/coworking option.

TCF Hub 812 North Prince Street, offering additional private offices, flex space, and an elevated media studio for members.
What makes TCF different is the people behind the scenes. The TCF team is welcoming, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success, whether you need help getting settled, making connections, or finding the right membership fit.
Beyond TCF, Anne is active in growing community across the industry, founding the PA Coworking Alliance, leading the Kick-Ass Female Entrepreneurs group, and speaking nationally on coworking and community building. She’s been recognized as a Central Penn Woman of Influence and a recipient of the 2018 SCORE Small Business Award.
Together, Anne and the TCF team support a community of 340+ professionals who come here to connect, collaborate, and build what’s next, without having to do it alone.
