For the past 15 years, The Candy Factory (TCF) has been more than just a coworking space, we’ve been a community. Rooted in the heart of Lancaster, PA, our journey began in an old candy factory, and with over 300 members strong, we’ve continually evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of our community. Today, we’re thrilled to announce our next big step: expanding with a brand-new location that’s set to open in March!

Why This Expansion Matters

Our evolution is a testament to the resilience and creativity of our members. Lancaster’s support for coworking has been the backbone of our success, and we’re incredibly grateful for the community that’s helped us grow. With this expansion, we’re not just adding more square footage, we’re creating new opportunities for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives alike.

What to Expect at Our New Location

Our new space is designed with flexibility and community in mind. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming:

• Private Offices & Flexible Coworking: Whether you need a quiet, dedicated space or a dynamic environment to spark collaboration, our new location will offer a variety of setups tailored to your work style.
• Enhanced Meeting Spaces: We’re adding more conference rooms, including a large training room that can accommodate up to 20 people. This is perfect for team sessions, workshops, or client meetings.
• Upgraded Podcast Studio: For the content creators and businesses looking to amplify their voice, our pro-level podcast studio comes equipped with high-quality mics and cameras. (A small extra fee applies, and don’t worry, the original podcast room will remain available as well.)
• Convenient Amenities: Enjoy free parking, complete with reserved ADA spots, making it easier than ever to meet clients or host events. Plus, our new location is just a short walk from our main space, ensuring seamless access between the two.
• Full TCF Membership Perks: Your TCF membership isn’t just about a workspace, it’s about being part of a community. All Members will have access to both locations, and our Sweet Health Fitness Studio is included in office and full-time memberships.
