Now that we have made it to 2021, we’ve been reflecting on 2020 and 10 years of coworking in Lancaster. We’ve been so lucky to be part of such an inspiring movement and look forward to building on the last ten years and the community we’ve been fortunate to help cultivate.
We opened our doors in 2010, moved to our current location in 2014, and added the studios in 2018. We’ve seen many changes over those years and have met so many wonderful people. Our community has come together to gather, imagine, creative, thrive, and #cowork. Thousands of people have crossed our threshold, and we’ve hosted an equal number of events.
Our members and our Lancaster community have always been at our core, and we will continue that mission as we venture into 2021.
- As a coworking community, we will continue to save people from isolation and be a space that supports entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, remote workers, and startups on their professional journey.
- We will continue to connect and build relationships while providing a creative, productive place to work and socialize. We are looking back to our roots and will be revisiting projects we loved but have forgotten.
- We are ever-evolving, yet always consistent.
- We will continue to embrace all the great things that make coworking so unique and special.
- We will continue to encompass the values you find written on our wall and are found in our hearts: Collaboration, Community, Accessibility, Sustainability, and Openness.
While we’ve had our ups and downs, we’ve always been grateful to our coworking family who has helped us get this far. From our members, alumni, and guests to our community supporters, we couldn’t have done it without you. We know you have other options for places to work, yet you have focused on the value of community over space, and for that, we are so grateful. It speaks volumes about the fabric of Lancaster and the people that choose to call it home.
The city has changed a lot in the past ten years and we find some developments very concerning, but we have hope and faith in the community around us. We see people speaking out and stepping up, and it makes us so proud. We will continue to play a role in how our city is shaped and will continue to support those in need as best we can.
We are here for you, Lancaster, as you have been there for us and we will continue to provide the space and platform to help enact change for the betterment of all while providing a great place to gather, imagine, creative, thrive and cowork.

Scholarships
For those who truly want to be part of our community but can’t, we are now offering a more formal scholarship program. A total of Ten Community Member Scholarships will be available each year. Our scholarship application will be available in March 2021.
Social Club
Over the last ten years, we have cultivated community and created a new way to work and socialize in downtown Lancaster. An accessible club where people from all walks of life have gathered to imagine, create, and thrive. We are elevating our sixth-floor social club and building on our strong foundation and network as we continue to build a community and space where ideas are discussed, exchanged, and funded, and where friendships are formed and networks expanded. Finally, a social club that is affordable for the general public, with perks, and networking opportunities, and of course fun times had by all.
