Maëlis Mittig is back for another guided yoga series just in time for the New Year! Find inner peace and tranquility through her helpful instruction and thoughtful guidance.
During each session, Maëlis will focus on a Chakra: earth, water, fire, air, sound, light and thought. In yoga and meditation, Chakra refers to the wheels of energy throughout the body.
First Chakra (Muladhara): Stability, security and our basic needs.
Second Chakra (Svadhisthana): Creative expression.
Third Chakra (Manipura): Personal power.
Fourth Chakra (Anahata): Connection between physicality and spirituality.
Fifth Chakra (Vishuddha): Verbal expression.
Sixth Chakra (Ajna): Center of intuition.
Seventh Chakra (Sahaswara): Enlightenment.
