I love helping people dig deep to effectively communicate what matters to them: I am a story finder.
As a twenty-something at the Harvard Women’s Law Journal (now the Harvard Journal of Law and Gender), I developed a keen editorial eye and learned how to shape a compelling narrative—in other words, how to tell a meaningful story.
I practiced law for a while, which wasn't much fun, but that's a different story :).
When my two sons were applying to college, I discovered that I had a gift for helping students dig into their stories and search for the deeper meaning, and I discovered that I enjoyed the process. Soon thereafter, I began coaching students professionally.
Now I spend my days immersed in story, helping high school students, college students, and writers of all ages communicate what matters most to them.
I can’t think of a better way to live my life!
PS: My business is LGBTQ+ friendly, with extensive experience in helping individuals—young and old—communicate vulnerable stories in a safe space.
