The Candy Factory (TCF) and Rock Candy (RC) are excited to announce that after two years of coworking awesomeness, Steve Palmer will be taking over full ownership and management of our Lititz location, Rock Candy.

While the ownership structure is changing, we’re happy to still continue our collaboration between both spaces. This change allows The Candy Factory to focus on coworking in Lancaster City and our new community hub which will include a supervised childcare facility called Jelly Bellies and new private offices, a media studio, an art gallery and more! Steve will be able to now focus fully on building the Rock Candy community in Lititz.

So what does this mean to coworking members?

1. Members will not see much of a change. With a formal affiliation agreement in place, RC and TCF members will be able to use each location up to 4 times a month.

2. Members of both locations are invited to all events at each location. While individually owned we are still a community and part of the PA Coworking Alliance.

3. There will now be two websites.

The Candy Factory – www.CoworkingInLancaster.com

Rock Candy – www.RockCandyCoworking.com

It’s been an honor working with the Rock Lititz team and while we know change can sometimes be hard we do believe that this is the best direction moving forward for both coworking communities.

Seeing both locations grow over the years has been so rewarding. Each space has its own vibe and energy and we’re forever grateful to all who supported and believed in us as we got RC started and continued to grow the TCF. We know this might be bittersweet for some, but no worries we’re not going away. RC & TCF will continue to collaborate and be part of the same family as well as the PA Coworking Alliance. All are welcome to engage and connect.
