For over 15 years, The Candy Factory (TCF) has been more than just a coworking space, it’s been a launchpad for ideas, a support system for small businesses, and a thriving community where people come together to work, grow, and belong.

Founded in a former candy factory in the heart of Lancaster, we’ve grown into a vibrant hub of over 300 members strong. And now, we’re expanding once again with our newest location: TCF Hub 812, located at 812 N. Prince Street.

Membership includes access to both 812 and our main campus at 342 North Queen Street, plus perks like our Sweet Health Fitness Studio, community events, and our online community.
