Rooted in Folklore.
The rowan tree has long symbolized protection, warmth, and meaningful connection in folklore. especially in Celtic traditions, where it was believed to guard sacred spaces and guide the spirit. Thought to ward off negativity and welcome community, the rowan tree was often planted at the threshold of homes, where people gathered.
It’s resilient, grounded, and quietly powerful, just like the kind of community we’re building.
ROHO is your third place, relaxed, social, and easy to settle into. Come to unwind, catch up with friends, or meet new faces in a way that feels natural (because yes, adults can still make friends; sometimes it just helps to have the right room).

Is there a guest policy?
Because we’ve designed ROHO to be a focused, intentional community, memberships are for individuals. Every ROHO member gets two guest passes per year to bring a friend along for the evening.
If you’re someone who loves to bring a group every week, you might want to check out the TCF Social Club Membership. For $50/month, you get full access to all Candy Factory events and networking, plus you can bring up to three guests to every social gathering—including our ROHO Friday nights.

Parking
We have a private TCF parking lot available for your use during ROHO evenings. When you sign up, we’ll send you the parking map, evening dash pass, and all the details on how to access the lot so you can pull in, park, and head straight upstairs.
Membership Terms
ROHO Annual Membership Terms – Please read to the end. You must accept our terms when applying for membership. Join the club here.
By joining ROHO, you agree to the following terms:
1) Membership Type + Term:
ROHO is an annual membership that runs for 12 months starting on the date you join. This membership is not month-to-month.
2) Pricing + Payment
ROHO Annual Membership is $150 per year, paid upfront at the time of purchase. Membership benefits apply only while your membership is active.
3) Renewal Notice
We will reach out one month before your renewal with next steps and options.
4) Access + Hours
ROHO access includes Friday nights from 7:00 PM–10:00 PM, plus access to eligible ROHO member moments and events as listed in the ROHO schedule.
Hours, event formats, and programming may occasionally change due to holidays, private events, maintenance, or operational needs.
5) What’s Included
Your annual membership includes:
Friday night ROHO access (7–10 PM)
Free ROHO showcases (ex: ROHO Stage: Listening Room Experience) when offered as a member-free event
Invitations to ROHO member parties + special member moments
Discounts on select ticketed events (when applicable)
ROHO email updates + schedule

6) Guest Policy
ROHO memberships are for individuals and are not transferable.
Each ROHO member receives two (2) guest passes per year.
Guest passes are valid for Friday night ROHO hours unless otherwise stated.
Members are responsible for their guests and ensuring guests follow house rules.
7) Coworking Memberships
ROHO membership includes ROHO access only and does not include coworking or coworking benefits. If you’re looking for workspace access or full access to TCF social events, explore our other membership options. Learn more here.
8) Cancellations + Refunds
Annual memberships are a 12-month commitment.
No refunds or credits are provided for unused time, unused visits, missed events, or unused benefits.
9) Community Standards + Conduct
ROHO is designed to be a welcoming, respectful space. Members and guests must follow ROHO/TCF house rules and staff direction.
ROHO/TCF may suspend or terminate access for behavior that disrupts the community, violates policies, threatens safety, or damages property.
If membership is terminated for cause, remaining time is forfeited.
10) Communications
Members agree to receive ROHO updates and schedule emails related to their membership.
11) Updates to Policies
ROHO/TCF may update hours, programming, or policies as the club evolves. Updates will be shared, and continued use of ROHO confirms acceptance.
