At TCF, we understand you need to get work done. We also understand the importance of community, access to resources, programming, and having a little fun. Coworking is good for the mind, body, and soul!

How so, you ask?

As TCF Member Zachary Johnson-Medland, of Gumption Design Co., pointed out on our Slack channel, a recent survey found 76% of U.S workers reported: “at least one symptom of a mental health condition (anxiety, depression). That’s an increase of 17 percentage points in just two years.”

The pandemic isolated us, we worked longer hours, and our habits changed, including how we socialize. Now toss into the mix inflation and a possible recession, and it’s easy to see how one can feel overwhelmed.

How can coworking help? At TCF, you know you are not alone.

  • We provide a safe place to work around others, saving you from isolation. You can engage at whatever level you feel most comfortable. We’re here to help you connect!
  • We provide the resources you need to be productive without those pesky home distractions. Remote work and building a business does not mean work from home, it means Work Place Flexibility. We give you access to the tools you need with the flexibility you want so you can do your best work.
  • We provide opportunities like social club nights, barista hours, and happy hours to network, make new friends and build on existing ones. Studies show that friendships help with mood and stress, so come cowork and make new friends.Slack Channel
  • We provide programming to help you grow personally and professionally.

As we prepare for the final month of 2022, our programming and activities will reflect on all the above coworking perks: Deeper Productivity, focus, flow, friendships, gratitude, and wellness. As a community, we’re here for you.
