Tell us a bit about yourself:

I am a mother, an animal lover, a plant devotee, a neuro-divergent, and an introvert who tries very hard to people. I am currently part of the marketing department at SecureStrux, but you never know what role I’ll play tomorrow. I love diversity and multitasking, and at one point was four different titles in one person. I find joy in being helpful and making others feel accomplished and appreciated. In my spare time… what is that? I love the ocean or being in the forest, designing websites and marketing materials, and sometimes moving my whole house around for fun. I have an extensive background from midwifery to bookkeeping to marketing and even raising goats – you never know what the next hyper-fixation will be; mostly, I try to enjoy life. I’m thankful to be a part of the Candy Factory, where I can be myself and experience a little community on days when I’m brave enough to people.

What drew you to The Candy  Factory?

Our CEO had some experience with the Candy Factory and when our office building was sold, we needed a communal place to be able to collaborate and not lose touch. What drew me personally – The plants and smiling faces as well as plenty of nooks to hide for days when I want to be social in proximity, but things are too peopley.
