Greg Kaiser Sr. is an accomplished consumer packaged goods executive. Greg Kaiser LLC provides management consulting services with emphasis on supply chain optimization and developing management effectiveness.
Greg’s hands on industry experience spans a broad range of supply chain and sales functions. Greg was the Vice President Global Technical Solutions for the Hershey Company; this role covered a broad range of technical and regulatory functions. He successfully led the largest restructuring project undertaken in the history of the Hershey Company.
Prior roles include VP manufacturing, VP customer service, planning and logistics. Prior experience includes category management, trade and promotional planning, inventory analysis, as well as multi-discipline corporate strategic planning. Mr. Kaiser has traveled and worked extensively globally. Countries of emphasis include China, India, Brazil, Mexico, Canada. His specialties include: leading large change initiatives, manufacturing management, planning and analysis, and people management. He has also served on the board of directors for a joint venture company in China and held a board of director role on the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.
Greg teaches supply chain management and business strategy as an adjunct professor at Penn State Harrisburg, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College and an MBA from The University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business.
