Jessica is a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Consultant and Employee Life-cycle Manager with a focus on fostering inclusive cultures through policy, training, and discussion. Her clients have benefited from Cultural Competency Training, DEI Initiative Planning, Policy Audits, and Policy Development. She has also assisted in the creation of Employee Communication Strategies and Employee Recognition Programs.

In addition to being the CEO & Founder of FIC Human Resource Partners, LLC, she is also a Training Facilitator for the Lancaster LGBTQ+ Coalition, public speaker, an LGBTQIA+ rights activist, published poet, member of the Central PA LGBTQ Leaders Roundtable, and First Board Chair of the Lancaster Pride Association. Her experience in employee development began with military service and continued throughout her civilian career as she moved from an entry-level position through Service, Branch, and Regional Manager positions before becoming the Director of Culture and Talent for the C3 Agency and, ultimately, founding FIC Human Resource Partners, LLC.
