Like it or not, the pandemic is far from over. Cases are on the rise, and with temperatures dropping, it’s getting harder to physically distance. New vaccines hold promise, but they won’t be available for months. In the meantime, wearing masks and washing our hands absolutely help slow the transmission. But what else can you do to protect yourself? The first line of defense is your immune system. Think of it as your body’s natural deflector shield to illness. When it’s at full strength, it is much easier to avoid or recover from illness. But when your shield gets weak, all systems go on red alert.

In this week’s episode of Mastering the Mindful Mindset, I’ll share with you a few simple ways that you can keep your deflector shields at full power during our battle with COVID-19.
