Chef Oliver, born in Western Liberia, came to the United States at the age of five. After traveling around the upper East Coast, his family relocated to Lancaster around the age of 10. Over time his love of food developed and this McCaskey grad is now the proud owner of Homage: Cuisines of the West African Diaspora. Father, Entrepreneur, Private Chef, African Cuisine Historian and a local legend, who continually gives back to his community in amazing ways…what else do you know about the man underneath the chef’s coat?
