Full Time – $18/hr
Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Are you a proactive, organized “doer” who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people? The Candy Factory, Lancaster’s coworking hub, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, tackling diverse tasks, and helping create an exceptional coworking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Engage: Be the welcoming face of TCF, greeting members and guests with a warm, outgoing attitude that sets the tone for an inviting coworking experience.
- Administrative Support: Manage essential tasks such as answering phones, handling inquiries, and assisting with member follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Community Connector: Build relationships with our members, foster connections between them, and keep them informed about events and activities happening at TCF.
- Operations Assistance: Open and prepare the coworking space each morning, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and productive start to the day.
- Event Updates and Engagement: Share information on upcoming events, club meetings, and opportunities to help members get involved and stay connected.
- Tech Tools: Utilize digital tools to streamline tasks, enhance member communication, and improve operational efficiency (don’t worry, we’ll provide training).
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Respond to member inquiries with a resourceful and solution-oriented mindset while working closely with our team to embody our “we’ve got your back” spirit.
- Active Participation: Assist with light lifting, cleaning, and organizing as needed to keep our space functional and welcoming.

Clubhouse Host - Part Time
Job description:
Part Time – $19/hr
Location: The Candy Factory | Lancaster, PA
Status: Part-Time (10–15 + hrs/week depending on event schedule)
Schedule: Must be available on Fridays from 6 PM to 11 PM, plus the occasional Saturday and Sunday as needed for private/member events. A booking calendar is to be created in advance.

This position will report to our Community Operations Manager – Francis Claudio
Are you a people person who loves bringing community to life? Do you enjoy planning events, creating experiences, and connecting others? The Candy Factory is looking for a Clubhouse Host to run our members-only social lounge on the sixth floor. You’ll manage our weekly Friday sessions, handle occasional private bookings, and make sure the space feels welcoming without being over the top.
The Space
The Sixth Floor Clubhouse is a member + guest lounge, not a loud bar, just a comfortable spot to meet new people, connect with other members, play games, or decompress. Think: adult hangout space with good vibes.
Schedule
- Fridays (Required): 6:00 PM setup | 7:00–10:00 PM open | Done by 11:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays / Sundays: Private events as needed
- Admin time: 2 – 4 hours/week for prep and coordination
- Facilitate Private Events on our Sixth Floor
- Be onsite for select private events and rentals, ensuring the space is prepped, the guests are welcomed, and everything runs smoothly.
Engage and Connect Members
Promote events, encourage attendance, and help members plug into the community. You’ll be the go-to social connector and a friendly face that brings people together.
Collaborate With Our Team
Work closely with TCF’s Community Experience and Operations teams to ensure events align with our mission and vibe.
What You’ll Do
Set up the space (lighting, music, ambiance)
Welcome members and guests—make introductions when appropriate
Keep the lounge organized and stocked
Support member activities (game nights, book clubs, etc.)
Coordinate private event bookings and be on-site when needed
Light admin work via Slack
We’re looking for someone who is:
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and community-driven
Confident hosting and welcoming groups
Detail-oriented and organized with a creative touch
Comfortable with light tech setup (music, lights, etc.) – We will train!
Flexible and adaptable in dynamic social environments
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or community work is a plus
Good at reading social dynamics, know when to engage and when to give people space
Reliable and organized
RAMP certification (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable working independently
