We are beyond thrilled to welcome Timbrel and her show Get Cultured to The Candy Factory Collective. Twice a month, join Timbrel over a cup of tea, as she explores and learns about cultures, and traditions.
“When we shed our perceived notions about others, we find how similar yet unique we all are. Gandhi once said a nation’s culture resides in the hearts and the souls of its people. So with each interview, I will have a chance to hear stories from people of all cultures and backgrounds. Hearing their stories, traditions, and learning about their cultures.”
In her first episode of Get Cultured, Timbrel enjoys a cup of tea with Anne Beiler, who grew up in the Amish community. Anne is the Founder of Auntie Anne’s, Inc.– the world’s largest, mall-based, international pretzel franchise with over 1700 locations worldwide in 24 countries and 48 states.”
Anne is also:
- Founder of Broken Silence, LLC
- Co-Founder, The Family Center of Gap, a community center focused on bringing together the resources families and individuals need to thrive in life.
- Co-founder, Family Resource & Counseling Center, a non-profit organization focused on seeing lives transformed through counseling services.
We hope you enjoy the show and be sure to check back for future episodes coming your way every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
