Chakra 6: Third Eye

The 3rd eye or Ajna provides energy for spiritual reflection and insight. It allows you toexperience clear thought and vision. This yoga class will focus on expanding our intellect,intuition and imagination. We will engage in a visualization exercise and poses meant to open up your third eye energy center.
