Chakra 2: Sacral Chakra

The 2nd chakra, Svadisthana is Sanskrit for “dwelling place of the Self.” While the first chakra represents survival and stability, the second moves into enjoying those things we do to stay grounded. This is our center of passion, intimacy and creativity and it is located in the pelvic area. It is the center of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection. Join us for a yoga practice meant to unblock our 2nd chakra and dive into different ways to heal and energize this center of energy.
