10 minutes – Quick Introductions: A rapid round of introductions to break the ice.
20 minutes – Featured Topic Discussion or Guest Speaker: Dive into a preset topic or learn from a guest.
20 minutes – Group Exchange: Members share insights, ask for advice, and discuss challenges.
10 minutes – Wrap-Up and Networking: Set goals for the next meeting or continue conversations informally.
