The Candy Factory (TCF) opened its doors in 2010 with a mission to bring people together, to create a place in the heart of Lancaster where professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and remote workers could connect, collaborate, and thrive. At the time, coworking was still a new concept. We were proud to be pioneers, building a space focused on community over competition.

Now, 15 years later, we’re celebrating a powerful milestone. Not just years in business, but 15 years of building relationships, sparking ideas, launching businesses, and growing together. We’ve watched dreams take root here, friendships blossom, and careers transform. This isn’t just an anniversary, it’s a celebration of what’s possible when people come together with intention.

To honor that legacy and look toward the future, we’re thrilled to unveil our newest expansion: TCF Hub 812.

Just around the corner from our original home, Hub 812 is a stunning new space built to meet the growing needs of our thriving community. With private offices, coworking zones, meeting rooms, a media studio, and flexible space for collaboration and focus, it’s everything we dreamed of – designed to help you do your best work and connect with others doing the same.

So, what is coworking?
It’s more than just a desk and Wi-Fi. Coworking is about community. It’s about showing up, sharing ideas, supporting one another, and being surrounded by people who get it, people who are building, creating, and making things happen.

As we open the doors to Hub 812, we’re not just celebrating a new space; we’re celebrating the magic of the workweek, the power of human connection, and what we’ve all built together over the last 15 years.
