THE BEER ESSENTIALS | Take it from the bottom

THE BEER ESSENTIALS | The lighter side of drinking

Starting with probably the first beer many drank, “A LAGER.” Their appeal is understandable. Done properly, a crisp, nuanced lager is an easy-drinking thing of bueaty. Bringing us to the darkness, do not let a lager’s tint color your taste assumptions. Not every darker-shaded lager is a rich indulgence, ready to overwehelm you with intensely roasty flavors. Make sure your mind is as open as your mouth.

Ending with The lighter side of drinks, ” Pale Ales.” Since it first filled mugs in England several centuries ago, pale ale has proved its worth as a most delightful middle ground of beer. The moderately boozy pale ale offers more body than a lager, as well as friuty and sometimes supperhoppy flavors, but it remains effortlessly drinkable.

I can’t wait to continue learning, tasting, and sharing together.
Cost will be about $5.00 a class depending on the type of beer we will be tasting.
I look forward to joining, from novice to expert in twelve tasting classes.

Cheers
