Coworking at The Candy Factory in Downtown Lancaster is more than just a desk or place to work. We’re a community that connects, inspires and collaborates with each other and we’re growing.
With over 230 members in our network, we are home to small businesses, remote workers, freelancers, non-profits, startups, and students from all industries.
Over the next few months in celebration of our nine year anniversary, we’ll be highlighting current members and alumni and will be shining a light on their amazing accomplishments. Stay tuned.
The Candy Factory
Here at The Candy Factory, we provide a comfortable, professional environment so you can do your best work and our 20,000 square foot campus boasts 11 conference rooms, three floors of flex space, six phone booths, four Kitchens, and a club on our 6th floor.
With the addition of our community hub, we now have thirteen private offices, a media room, outdoor workspace, and an art gallery space, and we are currently working on a supervised childcare facility to open this Summer called Jelly Bellies.
Member events range from lunch and learn gatherings and clubs, Happy Hours and a Speaker Series to relaxing CHILL nights on our 6th floor. These events give our members multiple opportunities to connect and network.
We work hard to keep memberships affordable and accessible so they fit all budgets. You can join our community for as little as $50/Month or work for the day for only $10/Day. Part-time Membership which gives you more access is only $100/month and 24/7 starts at $300/month with discounts for businesses. You can even share our private offices with another organization to keep your costs down.
With business partnerships like SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon, Ben Franklin Technology Partners/Central and Northern PAKick-ass Female Entrepreneurs, Cultivate Lancaster Entrepreneurs Forum and others, we make sure our members have access to the resources they need to thrive.
For the last nine years, we have been part of the coworking movement which gives our members access the coworking visa program, letting them use other spaces all over the world when they travel. We have also started the PA Coworking Alliance to help bring PA Coworking spaces together.
