The Theater for Transformation is hosting a celebration for the 150th anniversary of the 14th Amendment. The celebration will be a vibrant mixture of spoken word, gospel, jazz, and funk music. In partnership with Franklin and Marshall College, LancasterHistory.org, Pennsylvania Council of the Arts, and Thaddeus Stevens College, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
 
This is a two day event with performances by: Dr. Amanda Kemp – poetry and narration, Michael Jamanis – violin and composer, Francis Wong – Saxophonist and composer and Gerri McCritty on West African percussion Music. In addition, there will be performances by Friends of Music at Crispus Attucks Community Center as well as the Infamous Unstoppables of Crispus Attucks and the McCaskey Gospel Choir.
