This condition can also cause both tension-type headaches and migraine headaches which are associated with tension in the area of the shoulders, neck and head.

Oddly enough, there has been a recent surge in adult coloring books. This simple activity can help focus your energy into a project that isn’t work-related and can help reduce your tension.
