Pete started working in the electronic payments world when he joined First Data (FD) in 2006. He spent 8 years at FD partnering with a regional bank helping small & medium-sized businesses getting set up to accept credit cards. Pete has experience working with Retail & ecommerce clients and with the conversion to EMV chip cards has focused on assisting Point-of-Sale hardware companies upgrade their systems to accept EMV and NFC (think Apple Pay & Samsumg Pay).
Pete left the corporate world to join Merchant Pro Express (MPX) in October 2014 and has not looked back. MPX gives him ability to serve his clients with more time and a better toolbox. Pete has spent 20+ years in the accounting & computer world which helps him to understand & serve his clients very well. Pete has a BS in Accounting from SUNY Brockport, a BS in Finance from RIT, and served in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Electrician.
